Blair was born and raised in the Edmonton area. He received his Bachelor of Arts in History from Concordia University College of Alberta in 2000 and his LL.B. from the University of Alberta in 2004. Blair was called to the bar and became a member of the Law Society of Alberta in 2005.
Blair's practice focuses on a wide variety of corporate and commercial law matters including corporate and tax related reorganizations and planning, business sales and acquisitions, commercial real estate transactions and commercial lending. Blair currently acts for small and medium sized locally based corporations and individuals in their capacities as business owners, employers, taxpayers, borrowers, landlords, purchasers and vendors. Blair also acts for major commercial lenders in the preparation and placement of security with respect to commercial loans.
In his free time Blair is a coach in the Edmonton Lutheran Slo-pitch league and enjoys skiing, hiking, golfing, traveling and spending time with his wife Crystal and their two daughters.
